All marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives, including content creation, design, and publication, are conducted exclusively in-house by Onclickaway personnel. Onclickaway does not employ or engage any third-party marketing or advertising agencies for these activities.

6.3 Digital Assets and Content Ownership

• URL Ownership: All Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) used for marketing and promotional purposes are exclusively owned by Onclickaway.
• Content and Ad Copy Copyright: All content, ad copy, and creative assets designed, developed, and published by Onclickaway are the sole intellectual property of Onclickaway, which retains full copyright ownership.

6.4 Use of Service provider Logos

Logos and trademarks of authorized service providers are copyrighted by their respective owners. Onclickaway uses these logos strictly under the terms and conditions of its contracted authorized retail agreements, ensuring compliance with all branding guidelines and legal requirements set forth by each service provider.
