Either way, it’s the same DIRECTV. DIRECTV sets the packages, promotions and pricing, and the offers match whether you order at directv.com or through an authorized dealer; in both cases DIRECTV fulfills, installs, bills and supports the service. What an authorized dealer is

What a dealer can’t do is get you a secret lower price, and we won’t claim otherwise. A site advertising prices below DIRECTV’s is a warning sign, not a deal.

- Never pretend to be DIRECTV, promise prices below DIRECTV’s, or advertise products DIRECTV doesn’t sell (DIRECTV doesn’t sell satellite internet, for example, and NFL Sunday Ticket is now a YouTube product);
- Publish real privacy, TCPA and disclaimer policies.
