Internet & telecom
How do I find out which internet providers serve my address?
Enter your 5-digit ZIP code in the checker and you'll see every provider reporting service there in FCC National Broadband Map filings, ranked with maximum advertised speeds. Because FCC data is reported at census-block level, your OneClickAway agent then confirms which plans are actually available at your exact address before you order.
Why do the results show speeds instead of prices?
Providers report maximum advertised speeds to the FCC, not prices — pricing varies by address, promotion, and term, so a published number would often be wrong. OneClickAway never invents pricing: your agent pulls the current offers for your exact address and puts real figures in a same-day quote.
Which internet brands can OneClickAway order for me?
OneClickAway is an authorized agent or reseller for Xfinity, Frontier, Kinetic by Windstream, Brightspeed, and EarthLink. Where those don't reach, your agent can also walk you through satellite options such as Starlink, Viasat, and HughesNet, which serve essentially every U.S. address.
Is fiber internet better than cable?
Fiber typically offers symmetrical speeds — uploads as fast as downloads, with plans reported up to 10 Gbps in FCC filings — plus lower latency. Cable download speeds now reach 1–2 Gbps in most areas, but uploads are usually much slower. If fiber reaches your address, it's generally the stronger choice; the ZIP checker shows both.
Does checking availability cost anything or require an account?
No. The availability check is free, takes about 30 seconds, and requires no signup, no email, and no credit check — just a ZIP code. You only share contact details if you decide you want an agent to confirm plans and pricing at your exact address.
Moving & storage
What does a OneClickAway moving quote include?
One quote covers the full move: route and date, home or office size, packing help, storage, big items like pianos or server racks, and a U-Haul truck reservation if you want one. You answer about three minutes of questions and a dedicated agent returns a same-day quote covering everything you selected.
What actually determines what a move costs?
Five factors drive most moving costs: distance, how much you're moving (home size or office square footage), date flexibility, access at both ends (stairs, elevators, parking), and add-ons such as packing, storage, or IT equipment handling. Because these interact, OneClickAway prices each move individually rather than publishing one-size rates.
Can you reserve a U-Haul truck as part of my move?
Yes. Truck reservations are one of the add-ons in the moving quote — tell your agent the dates and they coordinate the U-Haul booking alongside movers, packing, and storage, so the truck, crew, and unit all line up on the same schedule instead of you juggling three vendors.
How far in advance should I book a move?
Two to four weeks ahead is typically enough for a local move, and four to six weeks for long-distance — summer weekends and month-ends book out first. Moving in under a week? The wizard flags last-minute moves automatically and your agent prioritizes what's genuinely available on your date.
Can I add storage to the same quote as my move?
Yes. Storage units — including climate-controlled sizes from closet-sized 5×5 up to 10×20 — can be bundled into the same moving quote, so pickup, storage, and final delivery are coordinated by one agent instead of a separate storage contract you manage yourself.
Business services
Do you handle office relocations with IT equipment?
Yes. Office moves are a core service: server racks and IT equipment handling, after-hours or weekend scheduling to protect business hours, and coordination of internet and phone service at the new address so connectivity is live when your team walks in. One agent runs the whole timeline.
Can OneClickAway set up internet and phones for my business?
Yes. OneClickAway arranges dedicated business internet, VoIP phone systems, business mobile plans, and TV for offices, with authorized-distributor pricing from partners like Xfinity, Frontier, and Kinetic. If you're also relocating, the same agent times installation to your move date.
Quotes & the process
How fast do I actually get a quote?
Same business day. After you submit the wizard or call, your agent makes a short expectation call to confirm details, then sends the quote the same business day (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM PST). It's a six-step process, and the same agent stays with you through after-sale support.
Is the quote free, and am I committing to anything?
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. The TCPA consent checkbox on the form authorizes contact about your request only — it is not a condition of purchase, and you can decline the quote with no fee. You decide only after seeing real figures for your address or move.
Who helps me after I've ordered?
The same agent who quoted you. OneClickAway's process ends with after-sale support from the person who set up your service or move — one name and one number for changes, issues, or questions, instead of a general call-center queue. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM PST at 888-741-0499.
About this site
Who operates this website?
OneClickAway Inc, a business concierge headquartered at the SKS Building, 39829 Paseo Padre Pkwy, Fremont, CA 94538, with offices in Apple Valley and White Bear Lake, Minnesota (D-U-N-S 14-295-8020). The company connects homes and businesses to telecom, moving, and storage services through one dedicated agent.
Is this the official Xfinity, Frontier, or Kinetic website?
No. OneClickAway is an independent authorized agent and reseller — not the provider itself. Your service contract is with the provider you choose; OneClickAway helps you compare availability, places the order, and stays your point of contact. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
How does OneClickAway make money?
Providers may pay OneClickAway a commission when you order service through us — that's why quotes and availability checks are free to you. Recommendations draw on all partner brands plus FCC availability data for your address, and your agent shows the options rather than a single provider's catalog.
Where does the availability data come from, and how current is it?
Coverage results come from the FCC National Broadband Map (broadbandmap.fcc.gov) — provider filings as of December 31, 2024, covering roughly 31,000 ZIP codes — combined with U.S. Census ZCTA boundaries. The dataset is refreshed when the FCC publishes new filings, about twice a year, and an agent verifies at your exact address before any order.
What happens to my information when I request a quote?
Your details are used to prepare your quote and to contact you about your request, as described in the Privacy Policy and CCPA notice. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default, consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it — see the TCPA policy for how.
Question not on the list?
An agent picks up Mon–Fri 9–6 PST — or start a quote and ask in the notes.
