Do I need a contract for monitoring?

Monitoring usually runs on an agreement with the security company, and the terms differ by company and plan. Your agent explains the agreement before you order.

Is installation included?

Each company installs its own systems, professionally or with self-setup equipment depending on the plan. Installation fees and terms are the company's, confirmed when you order.

Does ordering through OneClickAway cost more?
