who we are
OneClickAway is operated by OneClickAway Inc, at SKS Building, 39829 Paseo Padre Pkwy, Fremont, CA 94538. We are an independent authorized agent for Kinetic and for a number of other internet, TV, phone and home-security providers. The job comes down to one thing: finding out what really reaches an address, then placing the order correctly.
what we do
When you call, your agent checks your address against what Kinetic has built there and goes through the tiers you can really get, including the standard rate once the price guarantee ends, the figure that decides whether a plan is good value. If you go ahead, the agent places the order and books the install on the same call, at no charge to you.
what we are not
OneClickAway isn’t Kinetic, and this isn’t Kinetic’s website. Kinetic builds the network, installs the equipment, sends the bill and runs the support line, all under its own terms and its own agreement with you. Once the order is placed, your account is with Kinetic. KINETIC is a trademark of Windstream Intellectual Property Services, LLC, used here to identify the service we are authorized to sell.
where the service reaches
Kinetic builds one town at a time, mostly in smaller cities and rural areas where the only other choice is often a single cable company, or nothing. So availability really does go address by address, and neighbors on the same street can get different answers. A ZIP code alone can’t settle it; it takes an address check.
why order through an agent at all
You pay the carrier’s price either way. The difference is who answers the phone.

The 1 Gig and 2 Gig tiers come with a Kinetic prepaid card, sent once the service has run a couple of months. Your agent tells you on the call which tier earns which amount.

not sure Kinetic is the right one?
Good question, and worth asking. OneClickAway sells several providers besides Kinetic, and its ZIP search lists every provider the FCC reports at your address, so you can compare them side by side instead of settling for whichever page you landed on.
