Your service address, roughly how many people and devices are on the network at once, and whether you are on AT&T Wireless — that last one is worth $20 a month off the 300 Mbps tier and above. That is enough for us to check availability and quote you properly.

If your service is already live, your account is with Kinetic and billing, faults and appointments go through them directly rather than through us.
